I’m writing the start of this post before the rest of it because I did a dumb thing. I ordered ANOTHER FabFitFun box. Why is this a bad thing? Well, it’s not really, except I’m not supposed to be spending money. But…FabFitFun got me HARD with their FabFitFun Pinterest box. I got so excited opening up that e-mail that I just clicked on the ‘I want it’ button and proceeded to the check-out in a panicked sort of excitement that you get when you find the most beautiful designer dress on sale. Must.buy.before.I.come.to.senses.
So, I bought it. Then, I looked at the rest of the e-mail and the rest of the information on it and am pretty disappointed. Nothing was calling out to me except for a beautiful looking scarf, and really, I have about 30 of those. Luckily, for my sanity, I shrugged off the purchase with the thought that I was bound to slip up sometime, right? Besides, I love FabFitFun and I LOVE cruising through Pinterest so whipping out my credit card in a blind fit of excitement just seemed fitting at the time.
Well, I received the box and here’s my review on it:
I’m kind of in love.
Tarte Lifted Sweatproof Mascara
I was neutral about receiving this item, but happy overall as I always need mascara and it’s a full size, so it’ll last a while. I haven’t used it yet, but it’s Tarte, so you know it’s good.
Pier 1 Imports Sage Vase
Okay, this vase is SUPER cute. I’ve been admiring one that looks very similar to it in my office and now I’m excited to put some fresh flowers from my garden in there!
Summer & Rose Ombre Scarf
This was the only item I was actually super excited for when I ordered the box. Luckily, the scarf didn’t disappoint, but now it’s added to everything I love about the box. It’s soooo soft and will look great in the winter. Plus, it’s in a white and a grey-y black, which is exactly what I had been thinking of buying.
Kopari Coconut Multitasking Kit
Oh.my.gosh. I could see everyone lighting up in a tizzy about this stuff on the FabFitFun forums and I didn’t really understand why. I mean, I love coconut oils and making my own salves, but I could easily do that at home, right? Yes, and a big ol’ NO. I can definitely make some good salves at home, but this stuff is AMAZING. The melt smells like sweet coconut, without the Malibu fake scent, and makes me feel oh-so-summery. I used the Melt on my feet (which, you can ask my fiance, are always disgusting) and the next morning I noticed a huge difference. Plus, I barely used any! The shimmer oil makes me feel as if I should be lounging by the pool with JLo.
The JetSet Diaries Passport Case & Luggae Duo
Okay, so they’re pretty cute. I wasn’t very excited for the luggage tag and passport holder as I already had received one from FabFitFun in an earlier box. But, now I can switch them up, or flash tip: I can use the second passport holder to store organize my different kinds of currency for longer trips. And, everyone can always use more luggage tags.
R+Co Acid Wash ACV Cleansing Rinse
Okay, so I’ve tried an ACV rinse before when we’ve received one (but different brand) in an earlier box. I didn’t like it and used it to wash my undies. Because everyone is loving Apple Cider Vinegar rinses, I’m going to give it one more try and see how it fares. Maybe a new brand will make it the difference.
Lorac Pro Matte Lip Color
I was a little disappointed that it came in the nude shade as I already own so many nudes! But, after busting open the package and giving this one a try, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It didn’t make my face look older or super 90’s and actually looked…natural. New favourite in rotation.
Talking Tables Dipstick Charades
Although I was pretty excited to get a game in a FabFitFun box, charades aren’t my favourite. But, it’s good to add to the arsenal of games and a lot of my friends love charades so will keep them happily occupied at Christmas.
KPOP Food Sea Snacks.
Not a favourite in this box, and I’m not going to attempt to eat. I had tried these seaweed snacks a while back thinking they’d be good and crunchy – not to mention health – and very quickly realized that they are definitely not my thing. I don’t feel upset about them being in the box because they seemed like a filler item, anyways.

How much was the Pinterest FFF box? I am a subscriber to the FFF seasonal box & heard of the Pinter box && was just wondering what the difference was!??
I honestly can’t remember the exact amount, but I think it was roughly the same as a regular box? But, I bought it in addition to the regular season one!
